Breathe, Begin, Believe.

Hi! I’m Fiona from Bloom with Berry, on a mission to inspire others to take time for themselves and press pause on the daily grind! Through yoga and meditation, I aim to guide people in planting their seeds of intent and bloom!

Yoga literally means to unite – bringing together the mind, body and soul. So often we just focus on the physical to be ‘healthy’ and ‘fit’ but for complete benefit, all three need to be in harmony. That’s what my yoga classes and workshops create – balance and peace – not just on the mat but to be taken into everyday life too.

It’s a cliché, but truth that yoga came into my life at a really challenging time – it was so effective at helping maintain some sense of calm that I never let it go – so much so that I qualified in my 200hr teacher training. I am fully insured and a member of Yoga Alliance. I love to travel and have done yoga retreats in Bali and India (ah-mazing!)

My yoga classes are a mix of vinyasa and yin – yinyasa if you like! On the Free Spirit Escapes I’ll be starting the day with a dynamic and creative flow to get our bodies moving and energize us for the day ahead. Before dinner I’ll offer a slow and mellow flow to wind down and relax before the evening. All sessions will be suitable for beginners, so don’t worry if you’ve never done yoga before! I hope to inspire you to connect with your mind, body and soul and feel amazing on the Dalyan River!

In addition to yoga, I’m also a poet and designer (@berry_poetic) and am Head of Bereavement Care at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. I live in Southport with my pooch Miss Molly and love long walks, red wine, leopard print and have an eclectic taste in music from musicals, country music to happy hardcore!! No judgement!!

I’m so excited to be joining you and look forward to sharing this experience under the Turkish sun!

If you have any questions about the yoga or injuries, you’d like to discuss please get in touch on hello@bloomwithberry.com
