Our wonderful yoga teacher, Fiona, will guide us through morning and evening yoga and meditation sessions in the serene forest studio, creating the perfect balance of movement and stillness. If the conditions allow, we will also offer a magical fireside meditation in the tipi, adding to the deeply grounding experience.
Fiona’s practice is suitable for all levels, blending flow yoga with restorative yin yoga to nourish both body and mind. For those seeking a more personalized experience, she also offers 1:1 yoga sessions and Ayurvedic yoga massage upon request for an additional charge. Whether you are looking to energize, unwind, or deepen your practice, Fiona’s guidance will leave you feeling refreshed and renewed.
